Bradley Harsch is a Special Counsel in the Firm’s Litigation Group and Criminal Defense and Investigations Group, focusing on internal investigations, regulatory enforcement matters and securities and complex litigation. Mr. Harsch has represented financial institutions and corporations in investigations by federal and state authorities involving alleged violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), Securities Act, Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery and Enforcement Act (FIRREA), Martin Act and others. Mr. Harsch also has represented financial institutions in high stakes litigation involving residential mortgage backed securities.

Mr. Harsch originally joined the Firm in 2001 and left in 2006 to become an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the U.S. Attorney’s Office in New Jersey. As a member of the Special Prosecutions Division, Mr. Harsch prosecuted cases of public corruption, fraud and armed bank robbery, among others. Mr. Harsch has conducted numerous jury and bench trials and oral arguments in federal courts. 

While previously at S&C, Mr. Harsch did pro bono work for Environmental Defense, helping it to obtain a license from the Office of Foreign Assets Control to create marine protected areas in Cuba and to prompt state authorities in New Jersey to maximize protection of the New Jersey Pine Barrens.
