Benjamin Stapleton has been a member of the Firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions Group since its founding in 1978 and is the senior partner in the group. He has acted in hundreds of transactions during this period, representing bidders, targets and financial advisors in both friendly and contested situations. His clients have included BP, British Airways, FBR Capital Markets, McJunkin, Medco Health Solutions, Vodafone and AT&T (formerly SBC).
