Judd Littleton spoke at the 32nd annual Supreme Court Review, hosted by Touro Law Center and the Practising Law Institute. The event offered an overview of the Supreme Court’s October 2020 term and a preview of the current term. Discussion focused on voting rights, the Affordable Care Act, freedom of speech and religion, and criminal procedure. Judd gave a presentation titled “Civil Litigation and Business Interests,” discussing decisions from last Term involving the NCAA antitrust challenge, taking of property, consumer class actions, the appointment of patent judges, products liability litigation, and the Google v.
