S&C Litigation partner Judd Littleton was a featured speaker at the Practising Law Institute’s 22nd Annual Supreme Court Review, a web-only event that offered an in-depth review and analysis of the October 2019 term. Judd spoke on three panels: “Federal Executive Power (including Immigration),” “Criminal Procedure,” and “Civil Rights and Other Civil Litigation.” Discussions included the constitutionality of restrictions on the President’s power to remove the head of the CFPB; federal prosecutions for public corruption; and the remedies the SEC may seek in federal court.
