Jeannette Bander has been named a Law360 Rising Star for her work in the executive compensation and benefits fields. - Advising California Resources Corporation, the largest oil and natural gas producer in California, in its Chapter 11 restructuring;
- Guiding DraftKings through a complex merger and equity offering creating the world’s first vertically integrated sports betting and online gaming company; and
- Helping Fiat Chrysler Automobiles compete its merger-of-equals with Peugeot to create Stellantis, the world’s fourth-largest automaker by volume and third largest by revenue.
