On November 16, Jay Clayton presented a keynote address at the China-U.S. Symposium on “Building the Financial System of the 21st Century: An Agenda for China and the Unites States.” The symposium, hosted by the Program on International Financial Systems, Harvard Law School and the China Development Research Foundation, focused on cooperation of audit supervision and the prospects of Chinese stocks listed in the United States, potential risks of financial decoupling of the two countries and promotion of climate investment and financing by China and the United States.
