Jay Clayton Participates in Fireside Chat at Active-Passive Investor Summit

Jay participated in a fireside chat alongside Ken Squire, the Founder and President of 13D Monitor, discussing topics including recent 13D Rule amendments, the SEC’s new proposed climate disclosure rules and alternative means to facilitate climate transparency, short sale disclosures and technology companies’ use of Section 230.
