They discuss the recent downward trend in SEC whistleblowing enforcement, the new whistleblower program established by the DOJ Antitrust Division, and the DOJ Criminal Division’s Corporate Pilot Program and its recent updates. They also address the proposed AI Whistleblower Protection Act and provide key takeaways on how companies can respond to the different federal government whistleblower programs, as well as the shifting priorities under the current administration, including investigating federal contractors.
