    California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 Enters Into Force

    New California privacy requirements effective in 2023 will impact businesses with revenues above $25 million who have California employees, contractors, job applicants, vendors or business contacts from whom they collect personal information. These requirements will include additional privacy protections for consumers and will require businesses to review and update their privacy notices, data subject rights policies and procedures, and agreements with vendors and business partners that involve the use or disclosure of personal information.
