On March 31, 2023, the OECD announced that agreement in principle was reached by the participating countries on a reform of the Arrangement on Officially Supported Export Credits, intended to introduce more flexible financing terms upon which export credit agencies provide officially supported export credits and tied aid, including expanding the scope of “green” projects eligible for longer repayment terms.
