Eleven members of S&C’s Litigation Group contributed chapters to the fifth edition of Business and Commercial Litigation in Federal Courts, published by Thomson Reuters with the cooperation of the Section of Litigation of the American Bar Association. The volume examines all aspects of practice, procedure and substantive law relating to the litigation of business and commercial matters in federal courts.
