Eleven members of S&C’s Litigation Group have contributed chapters to the fifth edition of Commercial Litigation in New York State Courts, published by Thomson Reuters. The volume examines all aspects of practice, procedure and substantive law relating to the litigation of commercial matters in New York State courts. Garrard Beeney authored a chapter on depositions; Jeffrey Scott and Marc De Leeuw contributed a chapter on declaratory judgments; Sharon Nelles and Thomas White authored a chapter on admissibility issues; Robert Giuffra, Jr. and Justin DeCamp authored a chapter on bank litigation; and Tracy Richelle High, Julia Jordan and Ann-Elizabeth Ostrager authored a chapter on litigation before the Court of Appeals. Additionally, Ann-Elizabeth Ostrager co-authored a chapter on the interplay between commercial litigation and criminal proceedings with Samuel Seymour.
