Chris Howard has acted as contributing editor for multiple editions of Chambers Global Practice Guides – Insolvency. As part of this role, he has authored the Guide's introductions, which have covered topics including: the development of cross-border restructuring and insolvency policies; the emergence of international treaties and regulations; liability management as a restructuring tool; the “March of the Scheme” and the development of other cram-down devices in domestic laws; and the future of the practice of insolvency law. He also authored the chapter on insolvency law practice in the U.K. in multiple editions, while Messrs. Dietderich and Beatty have co-authored the U.S. chapter.
