S&C Partners Mehdi Ansari, Annie Ostrager, Dustin Guzior and Alex Gross co-authored an article for Law360 on legal issues stemming from employee mobility at a time when trade secret litigation has more than doubled in the past five years. The authors discuss strategies for companies to best protect trade secrets as employees leave, and to best protect against trade secret claims as new hires join.
