A team of lawyers from Sullivan & Cromwell led by Chris Mann and Nick Baker co-authored a white paper discussing key ‘Calls to Action’ for the U.S. to address critical infrastructure investing challenges and to unlock a greater role for the private sector in advancing U.S. policy priorities.
The article, published in partnership with the Global Infrastructure Investor Association (GIIA), highlights strategies to attract private capital and expertise for the improvement of U.S. infrastructure.
