Vanessa Blackmore, Ben Perry and Matthew Triggs co-authored an article for Law360 providing background and perspective on the UK’s proposed private intermittent securities and capital exchange system (PISCES). PISCES will allow unlisted companies, whether incorporated in the UK or elsewhere, to arrange trading events for shareholders to sell to global investors within a supervised framework.
