Vanessa Blackmore, Ben Perry and Matthew Triggs co-authored an article for Law360 discussing proposed reforms to the UK prospectus regime and their implications for IPOs and secondary equity issuances on UK regulated markets and MTFs and for issuers with debt securities admitted to trading on UK regulated markets.
The authors note that the UK Financial Conduct Authority’s proposed reforms, which are designed to enhance the attractiveness of the UK’s capital markets, would “represent a bold step towards establishing a more agile and flexible prospectus regime.”
