Jeremy Kutner and Matthew Triggs contributed an article to LexisNexis’ Gore-Browne on Companies Special Release. The article, “People Watching on the Clapham Omnibus: Reasonableness in Commercial Contracts,” considers two interpretations of the “reasonableness” principle in commercial contracts in England and Wales and evaluates the significance of two recent court decisions on this subject.
