The U.S. Department of Labor has issued new guidelines on workplace issues that employers and employees face.
- The DOL’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration issued a new alert and guidance on preventing worker exposure to and preparing workplaces for COVID-19. The DOL’s Wage and Hour Division also issued new guidance on common issues that employers may face under the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Family and Medical Leave Act. See our Memo.
