Inosi Nyatta Named to Crain’s New York Business’ “Notable Diverse Leaders in Law”
July 11, 2022Inosi Nyatta, co-head of S&C’s global Project Development & Finance practice, has been selected as one of Crain’s New York Business’ Notable Diverse Leaders in Law. The publication features top law professionals from historically underrepresented groups who have made an impact in New York in their work.
Inosi recently advised the nation of Belize in its historic “Blue Bond” restructuring to support ocean conservation. She also represented Sempra and Sempra Infrastructure Partners in recent financing efforts, building capital and credit to bolster the company's growth, including its $1 billion revolving credit agreement.
Inosi is a member of the Firm’s Diversity Committee and S&C’s Women’s Initiative Committee. She also co-founded S&C’s Talent Network to cultivate a robust and active alumni network with career counseling and placement support for new lawyers at the Firm, and she has mentored young lawyers throughout her career.
Inosi serves on the Boards of Trustees of The Nature Conservatory and NYU Law School. She is also chair of the Africa Sub-Committee of the New York City Bar Cyrus R. Vance Center for International Justice.
