Gwen Wong Recognized in Asian Legal Business China’s Top 15 Female Lawyers List

Gwen Wong, the managing partner of S&C’s Beijing office, was recognized in Asian Legal Business’ China’s Top 15 Female Lawyers list. The ranking highlights the “outstanding female lawyers who provide clients with quality and comprehensive service by leveraging their strength, patience, meticulousness and wisdom.”
 
In the past year, Gwen has advised clients in a variety of strategic transactions, including China Mobile as the first Hong Kong-incorporated, Hong Kong-listed company to have its shares listed on a stock exchange in mainland China to complete its USD8.2 billion IPO on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. She is also advising China Mengniu Dairy, one of China's leading dairy products producers, in its three transactions with Danone to unwind their existing relationships and its potential privatization of Yashili.
 
Gwen has been continuously recognized by renowned legal publications such as Chambers as a leading lawyer in Greater China in the past decade.
