U.S. Companies View Brexit as a Top Risk, Frank Aquila Tells FT

February 11, 2019

The uncertainty surrounding Brexit's execution and its threat of global economic disruption have U.S. multinational companies on edge, Sullivan & Cromwell partner Frank Aquila told the Financial Times February 10.
The U.K. is due to leave the EU on March 29, 2019, and U.S.-listed companies have formally expressed their concerns in recent Securities and Exchange Commission updates.
“US multinationals identify Brexit as one of their highest risks at the moment, even if their business has only a marginal exposure to the UK and the EU,” Aquila said.
