On June 20, the Labor and Employment Law Group held its Thirteenth Annual Employment Law Update for clients and friends. The half-day program featured presentations from Theodore Rogers, Julia Jordan, Tracy Richelle High, Marc Treviño, Heather Coleman and Christina Andersen. The event addressed handling workforce conduct issues in the “#MeToo” era, federal developments in employment law, New York State and City statutory and regulatory updates, and whistleblower developments, among other topics.
