On January 21, S&C hosted King’s College London Alumni of Belgium in the Brussels office for an event titled “Complex Mergers in Practice: Lessons Learnt from the Commission and the EU Courts.” This was a part of King’s College London European & Competition Law Speakers series, and the event focused on complex mergers and the lessons learned from decisions of the Commission and judgments of the EU Courts.
