On November 9, S&C lawyers participated in a legal clinic with Barclays providing assistance to low-income micro-entrepreneurs at the NYC Business Solutions - Upper Manhattan Center through the City Bar Justice Center’s Neighborhood Entrepreneur Law Project (NELP). At the clinic, lawyers provided assistance to micro-entrepreneurs who are interested in starting or are already engaged in a small business on a variety of basic commercial legal issues, including formation of corporations and partnerships. Eleven S&C lawyers participated in the workshop, alongside nine lawyers from Barclays.
