On June 20 and 21, Ms. Ressler, Mr. Mousavi and Mr. Cullen participated in Stanford Law School’s 22nd Annual Stanford Directors’ College, the nation’s leading corporate governance conference for directors and senior executives of publicly traded firms. On June 20, Ms. Ressler spoke on a panel titled “Breaking World Records: Mergers, Acquisitions and Spinoffs.” Also on June 20, Mr. Mousavi spoke on a panel titled “The Board’s Role in Patent and IP Strategy.” On June 21, Mr. Cullen spoke on and moderated two panels titled “Strategy and Governance for Global Companies: Asia, Europe, and Emerging Markets.”

This program brought together leading CEOs, directors, regulators, jurists and scholars for a rigorous and balanced examination of a broad range of issues that confront modern boards, including boards' role in setting business strategy; CEO succession; challenges posed by activist investors; boardroom dynamics; corporate strategy in the global economy; and emerging cybersecurity threats.
