On June 1, S&C and Houlihan Lokey co-hosted the New York Women in M&A Network’s inaugural Women in M&A Dinner in New York. The evening featured dinner and conversation with senior women dealmakers in the New York community and was held at Arestsky’s Patroon in New York City. The Women in M&A Network “seeks to advance the success and leadership of women in the field of M&A across the legal, banking, in-house, business development, and boardroom functions.” Alexandra Korry and Rita O’Neill are members of the Steering Committee. Melissa Sawyer also attended the dinner.
