On January 22, Mr. Kroener participated as a panelist in a program in Washington, D.C., on "Ending Too Big to Fail: Reform and Implementation" sponsored by the Hoover Institution of Stanford University and the Bipartisan Policy Center. The event coincided with the release of the newest (and third on the general subject) Hoover Institute book Making Failure Feasible: How Bankruptcy Reform Can End Too Big To Fail, to which Mr. Kroener contributed the chapter "Revised Chapter 14 2.0 and Living Will Requirements."
