On February 22 and 23, Jeffrey Hochberg, Donald Korb and Eric Wang participated in panels at the Annual Conference of the USA Branch of the International Fiscal Association.

Jeffrey spoke on a panel titled "Financial Services Industry – Current Concerns," which addressed new tax rules governing foreign investment in ‎U.S. equity derivatives, as well as recent tax reform proposals.

Donald spoke on a panel titled “The Use of the U.S. Administrative Procedure Act to Challenge IRS Guidance and Other IRS Administrative Actions.”

Eric spoke on a panel titled “Hybrid Planning Post-BEPS,” which discussed the effect of developments in the implementation of the BEPS Action 2 recommendations regarding hybrid instruments and entities on tax planning for intercompany transactions.
