ABA Business Law Section Spring Meeting

At the Spring Meeting of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association, which was held from April 6 to 8 in New Orleans, Andrew Gerlach moderated a panel titled “Charters, Partnerships and Beyond: The Changing Landscape of FinTech Bank Licensing Strategy.” Thomas Baxter, who has been appointed a Business Law Advisor to the Section, spoke at the following three programs: “Oversight Responsibilities of Bank Directors,” “The Role of Lawyers and Legal Ethics in Improving the Culture of Financial Services” and “The Evolving Ethics of Incentive Compensation.”
