Chubb’s $5.75 Billion Acquisition of Selected Asia-Pacific Operations of Cigna Wins ‘M&A Deal of the Year’ at ALB’s Korea Law Awards

Asian Legal Business recognized S&C for its representation of Chubb Limited in its $5.75 billion acquisition of Cigna’s life insurance businesses in seven Asia-Pacific markets, which it named “M&A Deal of the Year.” The markets include Korea, Taiwan, New Zealand, Thailand, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Turkey. Chubb is the world's largest publicly traded property and casualty insurance company.
