On October 1, S&C litigation partner Annie Ostrager spoke at New York University’s 73rd Annual Conference on Labor. The theme of this year’s conference was “Pay Equity and Issues of Inequality at Work.” Annie participated in the “Discussing Workplace Inequality” segment and discussed the topic of “No-Compete Clauses as a Brake on Employee Wage Gains” with Professor Orly Lobel of the University of San Diego Law School.
