Alex Willscher authored a chapter in the Defending Federal Criminal Cases treatise. Alex’s chapter addressed the government’s constitutional obligation to disclose evidence pursuant to the Supreme Court’s decision in Brady v. Maryland, the consequences of the government’s failure to abide by its disclosure obligations, and arguments that defense counsel may make to obtain both disclosure of information and meaningful relief in the event of improper disclosure.
