To help balance the demands of a professional career with parenting, the Firm provides on-site back-up emergency child care through Bright Horizons at 125 Broad Street. This program is available to full-time members of the support staff and part-time staff who are scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Employee Assistance Program
From time to time, staff encounter personal problems that can affect their job performance and/or well being.
