In this episode, S&C partners Carsten Berrar and Krishna Veeraraghavan discuss cross-border M&A and the unique features and challenges it presents. Carsten Berrar is managing partner of S&C’s Frankfurt office, co-head of the Firm’s Capital Markets Group, and advises on a wide range of international public and private capital markets and M&A transactions. In 2018, Carsten was named “Transatlantic Dealmaker of the Year” by Transatlantic Legal Awards.

Krishna Veeraraghavan is a partner and member of S&C’s Mergers and Acquisitions Group. He boasts a broad multidisciplinary practice that includes extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. Krishna was recognized as “Dealmaker of the Year” by The American Lawyer in 2018 for his work on  Amazon’s acquisition of Whole Foods.
