• FTX in one of the most complex bankruptcies ever, with FTX emerging from Chapter 11 under a $14+ billion plan in which former customers and holders of FTX’s digital assets will receive in excess of the value of their claims
• OpenAI on a range of landmark deals, including its partnerships with Microsoft, AMD, AWS and Google Cloud
• Seagen in its $43 billion acquisition by Pfizer, including securing clearances from the Federal Trade Commission, the European Commission and other regulators
• SoftBank Group on the $5.23 billion initial public offering of its subsidiary Arm Holdings, the largest IPO of 2023
• Stellantis (formerly Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) in its $60 billion 50/50 merger with Peugeot, creating the fourth-largest automaker in the world
