Willard Taylor Discusses Overseas Incorporation in Wall Street Journal Article

In its June 24 issue, The Wall Street Journal quoted Mr. Taylor in an article titled, “Lower-Tax Shores Draw U.S. Firms,” which explored the growing phenomenon of overseas incorporation as investors and entrepreneurs seek to avoid the U.S. tax system’s relatively high rates and long regulatory reach. “If you're going to take a privatized company public, why wouldn’t you say, ‘What are the pluses and minuses of being incorporated in the U.S. versus somewhere else?’” Mr. Taylor told the publication. “Very often, depending on what the business is, you’ll conclude there are no pluses to being in the U.S.”
