Frank Aquila Explores the “Public vs. Private” Debate on CNBC

On March 4, Mr. Aquila appeared on CNBC's “Power Lunch” in a segment titled, “Public vs. Private.” In the segment, Mr. Aquila discussed the relative advantages for companies of being public as compared to being private. He noted that some major companies, such as Facebook and Twitter, have remained private because “there are alternatives and [those alternatives] allow them to delay when they go public for very good financial and commercial reasons.”
