On April 4, Mr. Aquila discussed the global M&A environment with Bloomberg Law's Lee Pacchia. Mr. Aquila pointed out that while March was relatively quiet, the first quarter was relatively strong for U.S. domestic M&A activity. Mr. Aquila noted that while M&A activity has been weak in Europe and Asia, there is a good likelihood of an upturn in M&A activity in Asia later in 2013.
