National Labor Relations Board Requires Employers to Post Notice of Employee Rights

Sullivan & Cromwell LLP - March 19, 2012

Beginning on April 30, 2012, most employers, whether or not their employees are unionized, will be required to post a notice advising employees of their rights under the National Labor Relations Act (“NLRA”). Among other things, the notice advises employees of their rights to organize a union, to discuss wages and other terms and conditions of employment with co-workers and to take action with co-workers to improve working conditions.
