Yevgeniy Markov is Special Counsel in the Firm’s Insurance Group. He advises clients on a variety of insurance regulatory, compliance and corporate matters. He is particularly skilled in advising insurance companies, insurance agencies and other entities regulated under state insurance laws on a wide array of insurance regulatory matters, including mergers and acquisitions, insurance group restructuring transactions, licensing and compensation matters, permissible investments, and regulatory approval and reporting requirements. He also advises on a variety of state and federal insurance regulatory initiatives, including activities being undertaken by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners and state insurance regulatory authorities.
