William Dallas was a partner in Sullivan & Cromwell's Litigation Group from 1982 to 2008 and became Of Counsel in 2009. He has extensive trial experience in a broad array of commercial matters, including antitrust actions, securities law claims, contract actions, insurance actions, intellectual property claims, and various commercial tort claims. He has represented both defendants and plaintiffs in state and federal court actions in New York and elsewhere.
