    Vincent Chan is a member of Sullivan & Cromwell's Finance & Restructuring Group based in Hong Kong.

    His practice focuses on private credit and corporate restructuring and has extensive experience in cross-border financing transactions across Europe and Asia, including fund finance, leveraged finance and special situations finance. He covers products across all capital structure tiers, including senior, super-senior, subordinated, and interest-in-kind bonds, as well as private placements and syndicated loans.

    Vincent has a deep understanding of the European debt market and has worked in London for over ten years. Prior to his time in the Asia Pacific region, he was a Vice President in the London office of a major U.S. investment bank, where he engaged in numerous fund finance and structured products transactions. Prior to that, he worked as a leveraged finance lawyer in the London office of another US law firm.

    He is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
