Trevor Chenoweth is a litigation associate and a member of the Firm’s Criminal Defense & Investigations, Securities & Commodities Investigations, Securities Litigation, and Cybersecurity practice groups. He has a diverse practice that includes advising clients on regulatory enforcement matters, white-collar criminal matters, cybersecurity incidents, and internal investigations, as well as complex civil litigation. Mr. Chenoweth is also an active member of the Firm’s pro bono practice. He has represented two indigent defendants pursuant to the Criminal Justice Act, and successfully defended a first-degree manslaughter conviction on appeal for the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office.
