Taylor has experience in a broad range of practice areas, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and corporate governance, with a particular focus on the technology sector. Taylor has represented buyers and sellers and issuers, investors and underwriters in acquisition and capital-raising transactions in a variety of contexts. She also has advised clients on their ongoing public company matters, including corporate governance and disclosure matters.
