Sverker Högberg is a special counsel in Sullivan & Cromwell’s Litigation Group. Mr. Högberg has litigated a broad range of matters in the areas of securities, commercial and consumer products, intellectual property, and antitrust litigation. He has also helped to conduct numerous internal investigations and respond to government agency investigations—including securities and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act matters—in proceedings brought by the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
