Suzanne Marton is an associate in the Firm’s London office. Her practice focuses on all aspects of EU and UK competition law, including reviews of prospective mergers and acquisitions and investigations conducted by the European Commission and the Competition and Markets Authority. Suzanne also advises in relation to the UK National Security and Investment Act 2021 and foreign investment reviews in cross-border transactions generally. In addition to London, Suzanne has spent time in the Firm’s Hong Kong office.
