Susan Lindsay is an associate in S&C’s Corporate Governance Practice and a member of the Firm’s General Practice Group. Her practice covers a broad range of corporate governance, activism and takeover defense matters, including assisting clients in preparing for, and responding to, activist campaigns, hostile takeovers and shareholder proposals and advising on corporate governance and ESG trends and developments. She has also represented clients on a variety of merger and acquisition transactions.
Susan has represented clients across the industry spectrum, including the consumer and retail, healthcare, media and telecommunications sectors. Representative corporate governance clients include Baxter International, CONMED, Donnelley Financial, Fiserv, L3Harris Technologies, Spirit AeroSystems and United Rentals.
