Sheeva Nesva is an associate in Sullivan & Cromwell’s Litigation Group. She represents leading global companies and financial institutions in complex litigation in federal and state trial and appellate courts, including securities, derivative, M&A and antitrust matters. She also represents clients in high-stakes criminal and regulatory investigations before the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission and banking regulators in matters involving insider trading, anti-money laundering, sanctions compliance and digital assets. In addition, Sheeva advises financial institutions, museums and galleries on matters involving the art market, including issues of ownership, theft, fraud and asset forfeiture.
