Sergio Garrido Vallespí is an associate in Sullivan & Cromwell’s General Practice Group in New York. His practice focuses on public and private mergers and acquisitions, including domestic and cross-border transactions, spin-offs, carve-outs, joint ventures and other strategic transactions. He has advised clients on transactions involving the United States, Latin America and Europe.
Sergio also advises clients on a broad range of financing transactions, including acquisition finance, corporate finance and project finance matters. He has represented companies across the industry spectrum, including in the financial services, energy and infrastructure, and technology sectors.
He also maintains an active pro bono practice.
